Remarks

`POST /hub/agents`	register or heartbeat — idempotent on (serviceName, instanceId); answers the agent's id
`GET /hub/agents`	every known agent with `lastSeen` and `live`
`GET /hub/agents/catalogue`	the live agents' catalogue entries, in the shape `Kuestenlogik.Bowire.Catalogue.Agent` reads
`DELETE /hub/agents/{id}`	deregister

The hub does not proxy to its agents: it lists them and links to their own workbench.

Maps the Bowire hub under pattern (default /hub, which is where agents and the agent catalogue look).
