Fields

Full = 1

Every connection goes through the configured proxy.

None = 3

Connections always go direct: the transport cannot use an HTTP proxy.

NotApplicable = 4

The plugin makes no outbound connections (a listener).

Partial = 2

Some connections do, others go direct; ProxyNote says which.

Unknown = 0

The plugin has not said. It may connect directly.
